WHAT DAYS DO YOU OPERATE?

We deliver our flower subscriptions and ‘Blooms of the Day’ daily flowers deliveries Monday to Saturday within Auckland, except on public holidays and over Christmas and New Year. We will also operate on certain holidays that fall on weekends, such as Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day, we will remind you of this in advance.

 

CAN I SELECT WHICH FLOWERS I SEND?

Sorry no. We create just one style of  bouquet each day for our flower subscriptions and daily flower delivery. You won’t know what we’ll offer until that morning when we reveal our ‘Blooms of the Day’.

 

IS THERE AN ORDER CUT OFF TIME FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY?

Yes, we stop taking orders for ‘Blooms of the Day’ for same-day delivery at 1 pm for weekdays and 9.30am on Saturdays, or earlier if we sell out, this enables us to ensure we have enough time to get your blooms delivered. If you miss out on that days flowers, you’ can pre order the next day’s ‘Blooms of the Day’ to have flowers delivered the next business day.

 

CAN I PRE-ORDER BLOOMS?

Yes! You can pre-order a BLOOMS OF THE DAY well in advance selecting a delivery day from calendar on the Pre Order Blooms page.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

-Pre-orders, subscription customers and any orders received before 10.30am will go on the morning courier which tend to be delivered between 12pm-3pm.

-Same day orders received after 10.30am go on the afternoon courier making deliveries from 3pm onwards, in most cases deliveries will be before 5.30pm but this does depends on the couriers schedule, traffic etc can mean deliveries can be delay to as late as 7pm, especially keep this in mind for a Friday afternoon when traffic is at it’s worst! If you need your delivery inside working hours please specify the time and we will do our best to get it to you before then.

 

WHAT IF NOBODY IS HOME?

If there’s nobody home, we’ll do our best to find a covered spot to leave the flowers. Please let us know if you have any special delivery instructions, gate codes etc on the special delivery instructions.

 

CAN I ORDER A FLOWER SUBSCRIPTION TO START TODAY?

We generally need at least a day’s notice to begin your Flower Subscription, so if you choose today’s date as a start date, we cannot guarantee your first bouquet will arrive that day. If it doesn’t, it will arrive the following business day.

 

WHAT IF BLOOMS PURCHASED AS PART OF A SUBSCRIPTION IS DUE TO BE DELIVERED ON A PUBLIC HOLIDAY, VALENTINES DAY, OVER THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD, WHEN BLOOM SOCIAL IS CLOSED OR WHILE I’M AWAY?

Bloom Social is a family run business, just like all family’s we need a holiday. During this time along with public holiday’s Bloom Social will be closed. If your blooms are due during our family holiday period, Valentines Day or on a public holiday, we will contact you immediately to let you know your flower subscription will be extended an extra week or two to compensate for the break. Please let us know if you’re going away via email and we’ll pop your  flower subscription on hold until you return.
